VFast includes email addresses for you and your family and you can use our Webmail to access your emails anywhere in the world. There is also web space for publishing a web site or backing up vital photos, music and documents.

Our engineer installs a small antenna on your home that receives and transmits to our rapidly growing network backbone, the largest WiMAX-class network in the UK. You plug your computer, hub or compatible cable Wi-Fi router into a single internal RJ-45 port that connects to the outdoor antenna - it's that simple. And if you move home within our coverage area, you can take your broadband service with you.**

How It Works The VFast network brings high speed internet connectivity to your home without the use of any phone lines or cables. Using the latest in WiMax-class technology, all data is sent and received wirelessly between the antenna on your property and the network of VFast repeaters. Bandwidth is supplied to a central repeater (VFast Gateway) which allows data to be sent to customer’s antennas and other VFast repeaters which make up the network. All data is fully secured using 128bit AES encryption across the wireless link and then supplied to the property from the outdoor antenna using a Cat5 ethernet cable which can plug into either a PC/laptop or a compatible cable router.

Vfast offer dedicated support to all our customers with the entire network being monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Our support office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and we aim to answer and resolve all problems within 24 hours. If you need to contact us outside office hours there will always be someone just a phone call away, or we have an online support helpdesk where you can submit a ticket for one of our support engineers.
