VFast Microsoft Outlook Email Configuration
1. Open up your Microsoft Outlook program.
2. Once your Microsoft Outlook program opens up, you should see a toolbar menu at the very top left of the page: (File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Actions, Help).
3. With your mouse or keyboard click on Tools and within the Tools menu click on Email Accounts. See diagram below for an example:

4. Once you click on Email Accounts you will see an Account Wizard come up. If "Add an email account" is not selected, with your mouse or keyboard, please select it now. Click Next to proceed once you have made this selection. See diagram below for an example:

5. You will now see "Server Type". Please select POP3 as your server type. After you have selected POP3, click Next. See diagram below for an example:

6. You will now see the pop up box entitled "Internet E-mail settings (POP3)" and be prompted to enter some information.

10. As stated in each of the diagrams above, DO NOT SELECT the box on the left which says "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".
11. Click on the "More Settings" button located to the right of "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)". See diagram below for an example:

12. After you click on "More Settings", you will see a pop up window with the following tabs at the top: General, Outgoing Server, Connection, Advanced. Select the "Outgoing server" tab. See diagram below for an example:

13. Once you click on "Outgoing Server", you will see a small box to the left of the phrase "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication". Select this box and then click on OK. See diagram below for an example:

14.Now that all the information is filled out in the E-mail Accounts box, click Next.

15. Congratulations! The congratulations screen should pop up telling you that you have successfully set up your account. To save these settings click Finish.

16. You have now successfully created your email account using Microsoft Outlook.
