Broadband for the Dog and Duck Caravan Park, Plucks Gutter

As part of a new package that is available to residents of the holiday park, customers can receive speeds of 2Mbps download and 512kbps upload for a one off annual fee, equivalent to only £10 incl. VAT per month!

Q. Is there an installation charge?

A. Our standard low installation charge of £99 incl.VAT is payable once the installation is complete - most of the costs are subsidised by VFast

Q. Can VFast provide me with an email account?

A. Yes, no problem at all. In fact, two email accounts are available free of charge as part of your VFast connection.

Q. What about your faster services, are they available at the Dog and Duck Caravan Park?

A. Yes, absolutely. If you want our standard VHOME or VMAX packages, then you can place an order as normal via our website. If you want to upgrade to one of these packages at a later date then just contact the Accounts team and they will be able to help.

Q. Can you offer a phone service?

A. Yes we can. You will need a phone configured by us for a one off cost of £80 incl. vat and then you are ready to start talking for just £5 incl.vat per month with £5 of inclusive calls, all with very low and competitive call prices!
