"I have found the Vfast service excellent. Although slightly more expensive than BT, the equipment was fitted promptly and efficiently. Any queries are quickly sorted by the very helpful service staff. The personal service element of V Fast makes the whole package cost effective.

It is unusual in this day and age of telephone and internet, to be able to talk to someone with a name and who is helpful. Any queries or issues I have had have been dealt with immediately either over the phone or with helpful instructions sent via e mail to me.

I use my internet constantly and the access and speed are good and improving all the time."
